The lads Have been very busy Sunday after diner and then on Tuesday all day as you can see. All ready for the turf to come and be put down.

On the Evening we had a Stationary Steam Engine Steam up with a small party for one of our members.

Sunday Morning working, more sloping of the bank, doing well, Mick is busy making the side of the track bed better to hold the ballast in place down the bottom corner.
We have a new toy to play with No Boiler test required as well.

Sunday 12 July Not to many lads about, We did some more digging for the track. Neal was busy doing a steam test on one of the club locomotives left to us by the late H Poole, Neal has been doing some work on the locomotive.

Tuesday 7 July 3 lads re making the step in to the club house patio doors. Then we have a steam test being carried out on Mr G Tyso's 7 1/4" Duchess After a major rebuild with new a new paint job as well. Then we have new step just been installed.
5 July 2009 The new track bed is coming on, the lads are busy putting the slope on the grass banks.
