Low Level Track Phase Two / 2005
Continuation of inner loop to Pond Junction

Phase One now completed and approved. We are now able to start phase two

You can now see our teams using the rail bending machine to set the track with the correct radius. All the pannels for the next section were built first before any ground work could be done.

A team pulled the old track on the Tuesday in ready ness for track laying to begin on the Friday afternoon. New Tera mat going in to stop the weeds coming up ! and to let the water through. New Ballast going in and a whack with the whacker plate ( I like this job ). All back in place and test run on..
